Stepney Green Estates and other buildings.

Memorial to a councilor for Stepney, 1913.
A rather stricking shop near Dunstan house
Stepney Green Garden is made up of at least 3 gated sections.

This house is one of 3 that make up Stepney Green Court, just next door to the Old Jewish Hospital. They are registered as having been started in 1885 and finished building in 1895. The scaffolding on the right edge of the Old Jewish Hospital is in fact the corner of the first building of Stepney Green Court.

Along the cobbled road on the other side of the Dunstan House, across the Stepney Green Gardens, we find a building magnificent with age and beauty.... but full of history. I was to learn during my walk that this building was once a Jewish Hospital but also a schoo, Stepney Green School... I do not remember in what order it was.

Across the road and Stepney Green Gardens, those houses stand memory of a grand era.

This is Dustan House, part of the Estate including Cressy House, Stepney Green. It was built by the East End Dwellings company LIMd in 1899. 101 yrs old.

This is Cressy House. It is easily found down Adalina Grove. It was build in 1894, a magnificent 106 yrs old.
